RATES season 2025

Rates vary according to hours taken, number of passengers, size and class of vehicle, mileage and availability. Here are some of our standard rates. Please feel free to contact us for any quote or special request. 

Walking Tours

Half day Private Guide service (3-4 hours) = 230€ (no transportation included)

Full Day Private Guide service (7-8 hours) = 350€ (no transportation included)

Extra Hour Private Guide service = 45€ (no transportation included)

4-hour Brussels Gourmet Walk = 230€ for guiding services + 45€ per person for food and drinks (enough to replace a meal)

Driving Tours (your guide is also your driver - for a separate driver please add 50%)

Drive & Walk Private Tours

Half day Private Driver/Guide service Brussels (1-3 hours) = starting at 400€ (transportation in standard sedan included for 1 to 3 passengers)

5-hour Brussels drive & walk = 380€ (transportation in standard sedan included for 1 to 3 passengers with a driver-guide)

5-hour Antwerp tour from Brussels = 650€ (transportation in standard sedan included for 1 to 3 passengers with a driver-guide)

Full day Private Driver/Guide service to Ghent/Bruges from Brussels (9am - 6pm) = starting at 850€ (transportation in standard sedan included for 1 to 3 passengers)

Full day tour to Bastogne from Brussels (9 hours) = 850€ (transportation included in standard sedan 1 to 3 passengers, entrance to museum @25€ pp) 

Extra Hour for Driver/Guide service (transportation included in standard sedan for 1 to 3 passengers) = 65€

Luxury van for up to 7 passengers (with large luggage space) = + 25%

Mercedes Class C for up to 3 passengers = +25%

Extra Hour for Driver/Guide service (luxury private transportation or van included for 1 to 7 passengers) = 80€

24/7 Private driver guide & concierge service in Europe = starting at 1200€ (for up to 6 passengers in luxury van)

IMPORTANT: we will apply an extra charge of 25% on tours booked on December 24th, December 25th , December 31st and January 1st (no morning tour)

Payment & Cancellation Terms

50% deposit at time of booking to hold dates and confirm reservation (via bank wire or paypal) 

Balance due at least 8 working days before tour starts (bank transfer or via paypal) 

50% Refund of deposit up to 15 days prior to tour date for day tours and up to 1 month prior to date for multiple day tours
